Delivery Timeframes

All timeframes are estimates and exclude delays outside our control (for example: customs, weather, or high-volume periods).

Shipping & Tracking

  • Orders are dispatched once payment and verification (if any) are complete.
  • After dispatch you'll receive a courier name and tracking number (when available).
  • Tracking updates depend on the courier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
  • For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing the order so we can advise on expected timelines.

Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Standard delivery fee within Lebanon: $4.00.

Delivery & Receipt

  • Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct—couriers may charge additional fees for re-delivery or address changes.
  • Delivery may require a signature. If no one is available to sign, the courier may leave a notice for pickup or attempt re-delivery.
  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
