4. Orders & Payment

  • Order acceptance: Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs once we dispatch items and send a confirmation.
  • Pricing & errors: We aim for accuracy but reserve the right to correct mistakes, update details, or cancel affected orders.
  • Payment methods: Credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) are accepted.
  • Currency: Payments are processed in LBP or USD.
  • Fraud checks: We may request verification to prevent fraudulent transactions.

5. Product Information & Availability

  • Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided as accurately as possible, but errors may occur.

  • Prescription medicines are not sold.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary by location, courier capacity, or unforeseen events.
  • We do not ship to certain P.O. Boxes.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all seals/tags intact, and include proof of purchase.
  • Some items are non-returnable (e.g., customized items, perishable goods, and gift cards).
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

Promotions and offers may have specific terms, dates, and eligibility requirements. Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
